FIM Asia Releases 2022 ARRC Race Calendar

A scheduled six-round championship was revealed; one round yet to be announced.
A provisional race calendar of the 2022 Asia Road Racing Championship was released by FIM Asia. The season has been scheduled with six rounds, having separate events in Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, China, and concluding in Thailand once again.
The season will formally start with the official test and season opener at the Chang International Circuit, followed by the second leg held at the Sepang International Circuit.
However, the race venue for the third round is yet to be announced.
FIM confirmed that the 2022 Season will finally see the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship making its debut at the Sportsland Sugo International Circuit, a motorsports facility in the town of Murata, Shibata District, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. The race track is infamously known as the “Holy Site for Motor Sports in Tohoku.”
Meanwhile, the Zhuhai International Circuit in China will serve as the host for the following round. The 2022 race season is expected to conclude at the Chang International Circuit in Thailand. Article by: PAULO CUENTO
